Diligence has long been a slow, opaque, six-figure exercise. For a fund, that means a multi-week cycle that is fine when you win the deal and unsustainable when you pass. For a small angel or scout, it means an enterprise bill to answer a single yes-or-no on one company. Neither should be true.
So we built an engine where every finding cites its source and every run lands on a tamper-evident, hash-chained audit trail. The goal is simple: a RISK × UPSIDE scorecard you can verify line by line, reproduce months later, white-label under your own brand, and hand to a partner, an investment committee, or an LP without asking anyone to take it on faith.
