Each source is refreshed on its own published cadence — SEC EDGAR, Companies House, OpenCorporates, sanctions lists, and CourtListener daily; GDELT continuously through the day; USPTO weekly. Every citation stamps the snapshot date it relied on, so a scorecard can be reproduced against the same data later.
